Berowra Guides Accept Online Challenge

Last week Berowra Guides held their first ever Online Guide Meeting. Guide Leader Patsy Marshall sums up this experience as “Wow, what a different world we live in...for now”!

The girls themselves described the online meeting as "a bit different", "fun" and "strange".

Berowra Guides took the opportunity to talk about how the Coronavirus is affecting us all and how we have had to change things, which Patsy said was really positive.

Berowra Guides have set themselves a challenge. A key component of the Guide Program is that activities are girl led, and Berowra Guides this week decided each of the girls will individually "Create a Badge." At their next online meeting the girls will all share ideas and then the following week they plan to "Achieve a Badge"!

Staying connected and keeping Guiding going in a digital world, to this, Berowra Guides say “challenge accepted!”
